Pan fried Cod
4 pieces of fresh cod
1/2 cup flour seasoned salt and pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg beated
oil for frying

Flour cod, dip in egg and then press in bread crumbs. Heat pan with oil, fry each side until golden brown (8 minutes in all).
